As we transition into 2025, we are aligning our vision with Christ at the center, focusing on children, church, and community. The C4 Generosity Initiative is an opportunity for us to come together as a church family to build a lasting legacy—empowering future leaders and strengthening the mission of our church for generations to come.

As the head of the church, all we do falls under Christ’s Lordship. He is the foundation of our leadership, guiding every decision, ministry, and action. Rooted in biblical teachings, our mission reflects His love, grace, and truth. We prioritize spiritual growth through prayer, study, and worship while serving others with compassion, following Christ’s example. Through a Christ-centered community, we strive to reflect His character, keeping Him at the heart of everything we do.

We are committed to offering engaging and transformative worship experiences, both in-person and online, to help people connect with God. By investing in facilities and technology, we aim to create an environment that enhances worship, whether through physical spaces or digital platforms. Discipleship remains at the heart of our mission, fostering spiritual maturity through group studies, classes, and mentorship programs. Additionally, we are focused on eliminating church debt to strengthen our financial position, enabling greater investment in ministry and future growth. Through financial stewardship, we teach and model biblical principles, encouraging generosity and the wise use of resources to support the church’s mission.

Our NexGen Youth and Exalt Young Adults Ministry are growing, and we must equip them to be the next leaders. With this initiative we will continue to build a strong biblical foundation to nurture spiritual growth. Through leadership development, we provide opportunities for young people to serve, lead, and cultivate their God-given gifts. We strive to create safe and inclusive spaces where children and young adults feel welcome, valued, and supported.

Building on our impact in the John Barrow community, we are expanding outreach efforts to serve and uplift those around us. Through local programs, strategic partnerships, and community service, we address immediate needs while fostering lasting connections. Evangelism remains at our core as we share Christ’s message and welcome others into our ministries. By continually enhancing our strategies, we ensure sustained growth and a greater collective impact.

Our Goal for Future Leaders
We are launching a Freedom School—an after-school and summer program dedicated to strengthening our youth in reading, math, science, and more. Through engaging lessons, mentorship, and a faith-based foundation, we aim to equip students with the knowledge and skills they need to excel. To bring this vision to life, we are seeking passionate professionals to join our team.
